Specialist home builder ANSA Homes has opened three new display homes at the new Elara Homeworld at Marsden Park and while there’s plenty of houses still under construction within the display village, ANSA’s houses are ready to view.
The three display homes – one single-storey, and two double-storey – provide buyers with three designs while also allowing them to see the quality of ANSA’s project homes.
“We’re really proud of these three designs and pleased they are open, even when the display village is still under construction for many of our rivals,” said Mark Maloney, Founder and Managing Director.
“My team and I have worked in the home building industry for many years, so when we launched ANSA Homes we vowed to do things differently. Many operators in this industry provide potential customers with a ‘starting from price’. These prices don’t include things like site costs, contour surveys or piering, which often drive up the end price by thousands of dollars. At ANSA, the price we give you up front is the end price you pay. All site costs and contour survey costs will be included in your final price.”
“We feel very strongly about being transparent with our customers from day one. We also like to educate our potential customers about how to compare apples with apples and to understand the process. We understand the huge investment that our customers are making when they buy a dream home, it’s a very emotional purchase for many but they also need to think with their heads,” he added.
There are three designs on display at Marsden Park including:
- The Arlo – a single-storey four-bedroom home ideal for a small family or young couple. There’s plenty of natural light, open plan living, and customisable design options to suit a variety of block sizes and frontages.
- The Brooklyn – a double-storey four-bedroom home with the potential for different living zones making it ideal for a small office at the front of the house or for a multi-generation household.
- The Sierra – a luxurious double-storey family home with lots of natural light and two alfresco areas. It also includes a grand fireplace in the main living area and a mudroom opposite the internal garage door. In keeping with current trends, it includes a large butler’s pantry and servery-style windows that open up to the alfresco area on two sides.
The three ANSA display homes are located on the corner of Chambers and Ellison Streets, Elara Homeworld, Marsden Park and are open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm. https://www.ansahomes.com.au/news/ansa-homes-unveils-three-new-display-homes-at-marsden-park
